It all started in 2006.

An Environmental Planner by trade, Christina ran into a free cholesterol screening on her way out of an exercise class.

Interested in showing just how healthy and well she took care of herself, she took the test.

It came back at 333!

Shocked and scared, the paperwork offered no solution, only a warning: CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY!

Her doctor wanted her on medication - She refused.

She quick studied diets and settled on low-carb dieting. Fortunately, it worked. Her cholesterol came down, and she lost over 60 lbs!

Then Christina wanted to know why.

So, she went back to school, obtained a Master's Degree in Holistic Nutrition, and opened Crystal Holistic Health Consulting to help teach people exactly why they need a proper diet to get healthy.

It was a hit! She ran seven years of business consulting people one-on-one, in group programs, and through online courses to help people lower diabetes blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and lose weight.

And her cholesterol is 187, and she kept the weight off all these years.

So, what does this have to do with writing copy?

A friend and fellow business owner asked Christina to write some blogs for her. They were a hit and gained her clients. So, Christina did some more. They got her friend more clients.

Then, more people started asking.

It turns out, Christina was able to write for other people better than herself.

So, she turned to writing - reaching out to other health professionals and getting them clients.

In the years since Christina began writing full-time, she discovered two big problems in health professionals she had the opportunity and knowledge to fix:

     1. They don't have time to write educational posts that convert clients and rank well on Google.

     2. They don't target their clientele well because they are too close to their own business.

The biggest block of health coaches, naturopaths, and other health professionals is they want to help so bad, they give too much away and overwhelm their potential customers. They love their people and mission so much they downplay their strengths and don't sell themselves as THE person that can help.

It's never been a lack of knowledge. Every single one of my clients has known how to help people and do it very well. Maybe they don't understand what to do in their blog posts, but they know even some blogging is better than no blogging.

This is where Christina helps fill in the missing piece. Working with her clients, they get really clear on who the client is, what they need help with, and what leads a person to needing help. In her blogs, she takes people from knowing they need help to understanding that her clients is the ONLY person who can help.

Most people will tell you that you can't measure a blog's ROI. It's true if you only look at the ROI for one blog in isolation. But, if you look at the whole system, you can measure how long a person stayed on a particular page, what they did next, and what else they downloaded or signed up for.  You can measure what objections people no longer have because they read the blog that eliminated that objection. You can measure how much more traffic you are getting because your blogs are SEO compatible and provide useful material people.

Christina emphasizes blogging, email marketing, and web copy are part of a system. If you don't have a system, this won't work for you. But, if you have a system and need to get the blogs out to make it work, call or email her to get it done and get it done right.
